Each had its limitations - I prefer both realness and variety in my characters. After trying out the ePic Character Generator and Hero Forge generators, I knew I was on the right track.

I visited dozens of character creation sites, but none of them could produce what I wanted or had licensing issues. I have no skill at drawing or special training, but over the years I have come to recognize what I like in fantasy art.Īfter recently deciding to publish a short booklet, I decided I needed a character for it. I always wanted to publish my visions in books that look professional, but art was a barrier. I’ve been into Dungeons & Dragons for 40 years and from the start loved designing my own monsters, adventures, and characters. I spend as much time as possible working on Fantasy RPGs, be it art, writing, or cartography, have a highly marketable degree in Psychology, and have 3 cats, a wife, a son, and a dog - in that order. My primary focus is Fantasy Role-Playing Games - making characters, maps, and scenes to go into pdfs and campaigns I run.

I am always interested in learning how to modify art through digital means, and welcome any input or resources that one might have for me.

I am an avid fantasy art fan and 40-year Role-Playing Game player/Dungeon Master who recently discovered Daz 3D, which has allowed me to load various pieces of other's art, modify them, and put them together to make scenes and characters.
